A bit of wisdom staring at me in the early morning is frequently just the important things to get my mind aligned for writing. So, I bought among those desktop flip albums that holds 4 × 6 pictures, and I printed out some ideas that are practical to me.

Long story brief– I overcame my insecurity.

I love taking webinars and classes, getting good coaching, and reminding myself of what Ive learned. Im a note-taker extraordinaire.

These arent direct quotes Ive copied from others but my own variation of ideas Ive collected occasionally. They are ideas I choose to think that put me on the course to creating the sort of composing outcomes I want to create.

I encourage you to try this for yourself and make a list of thoughts you want to think. You might argue with a few of the ideas on my list. And thats okay.

What I know is that the thoughts I choose to think develop my sensations. And if I utilize this knowledge strategically, I can pick to think particular ideas and produce particular sensations that will sustain my actions. I encourage you to try this for yourself and make a list of ideas you desire to think. Kim Lozano is an editor, creative composing teacher, and coach from St. Louis. How to Use the List of Thoughts.

I love motivational quotes and mantras, however there was a time when I was embarrassed to admit it.

Select thoughts that work for you. But I do motivate you to think about concepts that might extend what you think is possible on your own.

I felt that hanging up an inspiring quote by my desk was type of like displaying a cliché word art plaque (” live, laugh, love” people, I like you). I didnt desire to embellish my workplace with things like bad self-help books that used superficial assistance or anything that gave me “hazardous positivity” vibes..

What I know is that the thoughts I choose to believe develop my sensations. And if I use this knowledge tactically, I can choose to believe certain ideas and produce specific sensations that will fuel my actions. As a goal-oriented writer and entrepreneur, Ive got to take action.
